Why I became an accountability coach

It wasn’t until I became a widow that I realized the importance of an accountability coach. I had spent most of my life being in the best shape, regularly working out and eating really well. But then the grieving process kicked in, depression took over, and I became stagnant.

I remember finally getting the energy to start taking action, but I had reached out to a few personal trainers and none of them were willing to be an accountability coach. I knew what I needed to do, I just wanted someone that I could pay that would check in. Having someone I knew would be asking if I was doing what I said I would do.

I wanted an accountability coach and no one would offer it

I wanted someone that would ask me questions like, “hey, did you get out of bed? How many meals did you have this week? How are you getting your body moving?”

Unfortunately, I struggled to find anyone that would do this for me in 2019.

Fast forward to 2021. I was trying to figure out how I could truly feel fulfilled in my career life. Remembering that I never continued on with my original personal training and coaching plans from back in 2015. I decided to officially get my certification with ACE Fitness and here I am.

I have a program called “Naturally You,” and offer one on one accountability coaching online for clients! My focus is on whole health: from mindset, nutrition, and ways of getting the body moving. If you’d like to get more info on my two options for coaching, schedule a call here!
