For weight loss, finding a happy, healthy, medium between the “to maintain” and “calories needed to lose” will likely be the most sustainable for enjoying your life and not feeling like you’re starving constantly. (The goal is to make a lifestyle change, not yo-yo dieting or crash diets.)

As a performance coach, my focus in nutrition is to ensure each of my clients has a healthy relationship with foods and a better understanding of ways to balance their diet in a way that’s sustainable in the long run. I work with my clients individually as an accountability coach to ensure they’re progressing towards their goals and seeing if anything needs to be adjusted along the way.

My biggest goal as a coach is to make sure my clients are still enjoying their lives and not stressing over a diet (this is a diet free zone). We are all human and we’re focused on creating sustainable lifestyle changes!
